You get your own room. That’s all that’s good. I hated that place in terms of care but I made it through. Some of nurses are rude and I was rude right BACK.
TERRIBLE!!!! SCAMMERS.... My 92 year old mother was in shock and confused to receive a bill , $790, from the hospital for treatment that DID NOT take place in the hospital.When making the appointment with the Dr. she specifically asked if he accepted her insurance. She was NEVER informed verbally or in writing that there would be hospital fees involved with her visit. She is now getting invoices on a regular basis which is causing her stress. Avoid this hospital — terrible experience with OBGYN and Labor & Delivery at Pascack Valley Hospital. Our experience here was extremely disappointing, particularly with the OBGYN and Labor & Delivery departments. The level of care was, at best, mediocre. We were shuffled between different providers with no consistency — not as part of a structured system, but more like a game of roulette. I made an appointment at the Paramus location to see a gyno at 9am today. I made the appointment 2 days ago and told them I had a different insurance Aetna cvs health. I asked if it was in network and the person said just to come and bring the insurance card. I get here this morning and the front desk tells me they are out of network.
