Their finance department is a scam. They claim they will “help” you then wont send the documents and when you call back they claim nothing is in their notes.
Everyone, right from the time I stepped in, from the reception to registration lady, the nurses and they doctors everyone was helpful and courteous. They were very kind and patient. I am very happy I went to Pascack Valley hospital for my treatment.
I had the best experience at this hospital. The nurses and staff in the surgery department were amazing.
