Everyone was so helpful and kind. They assured me what they would be doing during my procedure and explained everything step by step. Best hospital visit I’ve ever had.
Be aware, my underage son was pushed to do unecessary xrays, this is an absolute disgrace. Called the hospital and billing department, nobody cares, they keep transferring to different teams. This is exactly why healthcare system is broken. Smells of malpractice and improper hospital care, will be filing a complaint against the hospital and flag to insurance company for investigation.
HMH Pascack Valley Medical Center are great. The Doctors and staffs are the best.
I had hip surgery just 4 days ago at Pascack Valley MC and experienced nothing but wonderful, professional care. PVMC is a very "chill" hospital with a community feel. The staff are all SO nice, very friendly and up tone while of course being competent and professional. You really get the feeling that everyone is there to help YOU, not just punch the time clock — it really made my experience very positive.
