I entered the hospital via the ER. Everyone was attentive and ran a few tests to try to figure out what was going on. I was admitted and my room was in 3 West. I was reading reviews of the hospital and was getting a bit nervous that maybe this wasn't the right place for me. Thankfully, I had no issue with the staff of thehospital. They were all wonderful! Simply amazed at the personal and professional care. I had an outpatient surgery here. All staff could not have been more caring and truly pleasant. The recovery room nurses weren’t like other recovery room experiences I’ve had in the past who have tended to be on the grouchy side. When you have OP surgery you have a private room and bath for you and your family members for the day. It made it so much more pleasant. I can understand why my surgeon uses this hospital.
I recently had my gallbladder removed at this hospital, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the outstanding care I received. From the moment I arrived, the entire team made me feel comfortable and reassured. Dr. Trivedi, my surgeon, was exceptional — highly skilled, compassionate, and attentive throughout the entire process. I would be cautious coming here. My dear friend came in for a regular check up, chatted with her for 5 mins and didn't even palpate or anything. Then they referred her elsewhere which she ended up canceling anyway. They charged her hundreds of dollars. Very ridiculous and unprofessional. I would think twice before coming here.
Had my gallbladder removed here and the surgeon Dr Trivedi and staff were exceptional, all of them were very caring and helpful during the procedure and after it. I’d definitely recommend this hospital.
