My father is in for care with this hospital for terminal cancer. I live in San Francisco and was unable to make the trip for a week. From the time he was admitted to the time he left, I really felt as though the people here at the hospital were so helpful during a very difficult time. They all went the extra mile. Beware of this Hospital. I broke my pinky back in December of 2025. I was given a splint taped to the bottom of my pinky. The itemized statement says I received a non removable forearm to hand splint for $505.00. Untrue! The fraud dept of my insurance has confirmed that. They refuse to adjust my bill. After 3 emails with pictures They insist that I received a non removable forearm to hand splint. I've spoke to Ardent, the hospital, the state and my insurance company.
