The office staff is hit or miss. Some are pleasant and helpful, others "flat" and seemingly disinterested. I was never sure when or if I would receive a call back in response to a question. The Tech who worked with me during my only office visit was very nice and professional Dr Leibowitz is very pleasant and really listened to my story. Endoscopy and Colonoscopy were ordered. I have called on a couple of different occasions to make a new appointment and no one ever picks up. The phone message says book on the website but then you try to pick a date and time and it says "the provider's schedule is not published at this time."

They refuse to write a prescription for an endoscopy when I want to do it at a better/higher-end provider. This is messed up, and a violation of antitrust law.

This office was highly unacceptable and very disappointing to say the least. Would not make a much needed follow-up appointment, refused care unless an outstanding balance was paid first and stated this was their policy. As a healthcare professional, I will reach out further to the board.
