THEY. HAVE. ROACHES. When I called maintenance to let them know, they sent an exterminator that did NOTHING. Dead roaches found all over the place, and they crawl through the kitchen cabinets.
Experience was not good office personnel not there and they over change you if you leave

Maintenance enters your apartment WITHOUT notice - which I want to remind your company is ILLEGAL when not an emergency and in VIOLATION of our lease contract. Victor recommended that I get a Ring doorbell so I felt safer in my apartment. This was after he called his team member in front of me and had to reiterate to him many times that they cannot enter one's apartment without notice. I am really giving this place a 4.5 star review only because there isn't much closet space at all in the bedroom. This is my second year living in my one bedroom apartment and it's really perfect for one person who doesn't have much stuff. Victor is very nice and was able to help me throughout my leasing process. The maintenance worker, Christopher, is great!
