Maintenance enters your apartment WITHOUT notice - which I want to remind your company is ILLEGAL when not an emergency and in VIOLATION of our lease contract. Victor recommended that I get a Ring doorbell so I felt safer in my apartment. This was after he called his team member in front of me and had to reiterate to him many times that they cannot enter one's apartment without notice. I am really giving this place a 4.5 star review only because there isn't much closet space at all in the bedroom. This is my second year living in my one bedroom apartment and it's really perfect for one person who doesn't have much stuff. Victor is very nice and was able to help me throughout my leasing process. The maintenance worker, Christopher, is great! These apartments need to hire a new office manager and staff. VICTOR IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL, do not think twice about renting here, they only care about sucking you dry for your money. Make no repairs, SLUMLORD VICTOR!
