Great experience. Staff and Doctors were professional and ran multiple tests to diagnose me. I felt like I was in the right hands and not just another patient.
I love this place! The entire staff was so kind, caring & friendly. I literally filled out the paperwork and was taken right in. I did not have to wait at all and what I really loved was how the Dr went over everything step by step and was so thorough. Not many Dr’s do that anymore. I have already referred two people there. One being my mother who has been sick in the hospital with pneumonia but as soon as she’s better she’s going to schedule her appointment. Thanks again to all of the staff at Hackensack Audiology! Dr. Shari is a true professional. He thoroughly explained the problem I was having in my year and how he was go to fix the problem. He did this in a patient manner taking time with me to understand what he was going to do. I was extremely apprehensive. However, his friendliness definitely eased my anxiety. It is no wonder why Dr. Shaari has received the acknowledgements and recognition in his field he deserves.
