If I could give a negative star review I would. I didn't use them to sell a house but unfortunately I had the displeasure of dealing with them while buying a house. After getting home inspections back, we felt it best to pull our offer based on the findings. Not only did they REFUSE to sign the release, preventing us from finding another house, Melissa Hackenberg was extremely unprofessional and would not talk to our realtor in any way about getting the release or our earnest money back. Melissa is the best! She's easy to work with, patient, and truly cares about her clients. She made sure we found the right home for us, not just whatever would be the fastest way to earn her commission. She fought for us as hard as she could in a market that was against us. We're so happy with our home and having the opportunity to work with such a wonderful realtor!

We found our new home with Melissa last November. She spent over a YEAR helping us find the perfect house and that was in the craziest, busiest market in a very long time! She never "pushed" us to buy anything. In fact she strongly suggested we not pursue some places we toured because of red flags she saw.
