These apartments are the worst , it’s filled with roaches and rats. When you contact the landlord sieng chai about the problem she’ll make it seem like that’s a you problem , which it really isn’t. And she’s so lazy that she hides at home all day and night and when there’s problems at the premises she’s no where to be found and no way to contact her. She’ll give all her good tenants bad reviews just so they can’t seek another place. If you want a good landlord this lady’s not the one to rent from.
Apartments are filled with roaches. And the landlord is a cheat. The apartments are half broken with leaking pipes and non functioning lights. Blindfolds are dirty and broken. Don't expect your full deposit as the landlord will lie and blame you for faults that are not yours. She will cheat you out of your deposit and buy brand new furnishings for the apartment problems that were present when you move in. So many roaches that had to fumigate my house 9 times didn't work, so had to move out
