My husband and I are thinking about buying a winter home here at Hacienda Village, but have heard some very negative things. Please need your opinions
Current management cares, none stop activities, maintenance personnel will drop what they're doing to help you.
I don't have not one good thing to say about this place stay away from it if you can and if you're smart
Been here 4 years and I must admit this is the Best Year yet with our new manager Steve. He goes out of his way to do what he can to make this the best Park around. He works tirelessly doing things that I'm sure are not part of his job requirement. Cindy always smiles and greets you warmly. Rick, our maintenance guy, always on the job and busy, but never to busy to stop and help someone in need, like a lady having trouble with her bike. Thanks for being there for us! RecommendedI've been here over a year and I love it. It's so quiet I can sleep until noon. The pool, clubhouse, gym and grounds are kept clean. With over 500 home's, I've found good friends, neighbors and didn't have to look very hard. I stay away from the unhealthy and unhappy people, they're everywhere. I leave them alone, they don't bother me. Being a productive member of society means helping when there's a flood, it happens, we live on sand. Gates close at 5 M-F, and closed all weekend.
