For the record, the water is off again today. I will be posting every time they shut the water off. Remember folks that's how you flush your toilet. This is 4 times in 3 weeks!!!! If I could afford to move I would in a heartbeat. Not to mention the flooding.

What Kathie C said except I can''t and never will be able to afford to move. Gates never work, Floods all the time, rent keeps rising every year for no extra amenities. And yes the water is constantly shut off, and some of us still have to work to pay for this place, because the rent has risen 100.00 since I first moved here 5 years ago, and it wasn't cheap then, but I liked the idea of a gated community. Big mistake. The gates are always broken. And it does flood too.

A year ago we bought a home and paid cash for it in this park. Had all the utilities turned on we show up after a 26 hour drive with all of our belongings only to find out that this homophobic Bunch does not allow same-sex couples. They lied and lied and blame it on credit and other issues. I would think twice before moving in here it is overrated and also a high flood risk. Yesterday I posted the fact that the lot rent is way overpriced, according to other local parks, they place always flood, the "SECURITY" gate is always out of order, and yesterday I forgot to mention that their water main's are constantly broken and we go without water all the time. Do not come here if you are on a budget. We intend to leave the moment we have the money to get out!

We purchased a home in this place and paid cash for it. The "corporate office" in Chicago wouldn't approve for us to get in the park after we drove over 26 hours with a loaded truck and car in tow. Use extreme caution when signing contracts, they leave items out to try and keep your earnest money!!!!! Also the park management are not truthful. Your will hear from us soon Hacienda.....real soon

Terrible the homes look like shit most of them people complain about nothing no on follows the rules les ever ..the office never does a thing ever..gated lol walk right through the sides felons an drug dealers living there not a good place terrible n get FLOODED every time it rains
