It is the best
We have been loyal customers for years at this Hacienda but no longer. We waited over an hour for our food and when we brought this to the servers attention, he argued with us and stated that it had been 30 minutes. We asked for the manager and when the General Manager came to the table, he already had an attitude. He didn't even listen to our problem before telling us that we were wrong.
