Very disorganized. We were with a large party and unfortunately this restaurant did not know how to handle it. 1 server is not enough for 30 people. Took an hour to get drinks. Food was not good at all. Just not what we are used to for Mexican food or service. It might be better suited for a family not a party.
Do not recommend this place. Service was very slow. This place was very disappointing. We had a large group and they were really slow at getting us seated, getting drinks, getting food, and the food wasn't very good. The place wasn't even full of people. There was nothing mexican about it. I got the chicken hacienda combo. I think my chicken came out of a can. The chicken in the fajitas looked like a grilled chicken breat that came from the store frozen. Very disappointing.
Hacienda is the best Mexican restaurant in all of Indiana. The food is always good. Staff was friendly and food was fast and delicious
Staff was generally friendly. My waiter seemed a bit unprofessional but otherwise was nice. I think he could be a good waiter if he focuses on remaining professional. Restaurant was generally clean but they have a roof leak and a bucket setup by the table next to where I was seated. My main issue was the food. I ordered the Chimi special, it came without lettuce or tomato’s. I was not informed up front that it comes differently than advertised.
