He is absolutely the best person you should consider if you plan to buy or sell a property in the Bay Area and want an inspection to be done. I didn't even meet Michael, and the least I can do is thank him here, publicly. He prepared an inspection for a home buyer that bid over us on a property. But, the gent that beat us out apparently didn't tell his wife about the home purchase (no... really. how's that go, "Hey honey, how was your day? Yeah, Also, I bought a house for us?")
