I just moved into LR phase 3 and am not sure where to start. I guess this is the phase where they go cheap to make money. People I know who moved in during phase one and two were satisfied. Phase three seems like you’re paying for the name and location, but with Halls quality. This is not the quality I expected when hearing about Hacienda Homes.
