Do not move here it’s not safe
This place needs deep cleaning There we’re roaches crawling on the walls roaches on My sink and I saw The Biggest and I mean the Biggest cockroach I have ever seen PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE.
If you are planning on living here, save your time. You’re better off somewhere else even if it means paying more. My boyfriend and I couldn’t even make it through 1/2 the lease. ROACHES everywhere no matter how much you clean! Maintenance SUCKS and never fix anything. Area is UNSAFE my car was broken into twice in two days. Security is bad, staff is bad, there is NOTHING good about living here. DONT DO IT.
Wow! I’m amazed by the deceptive rental agreement practices this company is currently engaging. The place is everything the reviews have described and more. I’ve still chosen to live here due to the proximity to school and work. This year, my rental agreement was not ready on time, everything was done digitally. I signed my contract in good faith, given that I have never had any situation where I’d felt conned by this company.
