A great place! Xiomara is always here to help if we have any questions. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed.
Xiomara, the on-site manager, provided me with amazing service during the application process & after moving in. She is always on top of everything you need! The property overall is very clean and well taken care of. It’s a very peaceful place to live! If you’re looking for a place to rent your in the right place.
My aunt lived this apartment for a few years, she left until her apartment had a breaking- in and police report was filed. The on site manger, Xiomara told us and police that there was no suspicious person in recorded security cameras files on that day. Not sure the police reviewed the security cameras footage. We found a huge screwdriver inside of my aunt's apartment after the breaking-in and one window was relocated inside apartment floor against the wall. I hope the case can be solved one day!!! I didn't experience the pleasure of living here for long, but the on-site manager made the process easy by assisting me through the application process and moving in. During the time that I lived here, she was very responsive to any repairs or concerns I had, immediately addressing any issues I had. Xiomara made sure she kept the property clean and made herself available 24/7. I wonder if she had any time to herself.
