Do not let the fake positive reviews or the nice leasing office fool you. This building is completely overrun with roaches . Management does not care . Me and my family had to move out because of the conditions of this building. The only one on top of things was the maintenance guy . Although rent is pretty affordable it suffers from severe infestation . Manager acts with a sense of extreme entitlement and became rude as soon as she found out my intent to move out . Moving out was such a relief.
Great communication and fast response
I have been here a year and have not had any issues with the complex. Xiomara the on- site manager has been awesome in answering any questions and figuring out solutions to problems. All request have been completed in a timely manner.
Can't get out without a key!
The on site manager Xiomara made my move in process super easy and has been super helpful since. Would definitely recommend this complex to any future residents!
