So I’ve been living here for about 6 months now and since then we’ve had new owner ship called The Tides. Since they’ve came in the pool has been shut down unable to use since they’ve arrived, they don’t take the trash out on the 3 days they say they would and the prices on rent have raised over 400 plus dollars for rent. The only thing the new owner ship has done is paint the walls a different color. I don’t recommend living here it was much better as roca whitney ranch.
It's hard because this place keeps being sold/changing ownership. It used to be a good value for what it was but they keep raising rents and adding service fees when this place only gets worse. Bugs, homeless people, violent/screaming neighbors, trash everywhere . It's stressful each time someone else takes over, they put some new paint on it and costs go up and quality decreases. It's frustrating and scary as someone who can barely afford their rent as it is.
