No no and just no . Basically says they have a right to invade someone’s space without notice I’m just really happy that we didn’t end up renting from this place . First we get told that we need to make 2X the amount of rent then because I messaged a supervisor or whoever with concern they change it to 5x the amount of rent . This place just wants to rent out to people who are oblivious to their own rental rights. I have lived here for over a year now and I have seen so many improvements. Mary at Paseo Pointe has resolved issues I have come across such as enforcing parking permits and making sure dog owners use their leashes when walking their pets and picking up their pet's feces with a doggy bag and disposing of it properly. Measures have been taken in making sure quiet hours are enforced on site!
