Hacienda Apartments is hands-down the best community in the area. We've lived here for over three years with zero complaints. The staff, particularly Nikki (Community Manager) and Steve (Maintenance), are friendly, responsive, and exceptional. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly, and the community hosts events every season. The rent is reasonable, and the location is super convenient. Unfortunately, my experience with the current management at Hacienda Apartments has been very disappointing. When I moved in, I was charged the highest rent and was also required to pay double the usual security deposit. Upon moving out, I was charged an additional 30% of the deposit without any clear or reasonable explanation. This has been one of the most frustrating rental experiences I’ve had. I hope future residents have a better experience or that management improves its communication and fairness regarding fees.
