I appreciate Nikki for taking immediate action on maintenance request and for taking measures that enforce residents safty and creating environment that encourages residents to enjoy their saty at Hacienda! Nikki the comunity Manager is someone lead by example she ensures that each residents voice is being heard and addressed accordingly and her generous approach is being appreciated by residents thoroughly meanwhile The service provided indeed meet my expectations.
Since couple weeks my oven is not being fixed
The help for getting the hot water back on it took awhile when I notified Hacienda Apartments the second time the water is still warm that I left on the voicemail and then I called maintenance the next morning and got ahold of Steve he said he would take care of it and he did.
