Purchased new property, toilet would not flush after 1 year and 2 months then Hacer refused to replace toilet or provide manufacturer details. Did not even offer to inspect. Then had to pay a plumper to replace it so I could use toilet at property which is 1 years old. Otherwise could not even use a toilet at a property need to go outside shops etc, apparently this company does not care. A complete lack of regard for local residents. I have lived near construction before, the Hacer team are the worst I have ever experienced. Work is meant to commence at 7 am, but every day it gets earlier and earlier. I have consistently put up with noise from as early as 6:10am. They leave trucks idle, and proceed to have a loud unnecessary conversations over the noise. I bought an apartment completed by Hacer Group in 2021. Quite a few QA issues that were either left as an afterthought and forgotten, or were a result of sub-par craftsmanship. 1. Bathroom shower drain was filled with grout, leading to minor flooding of the bathroom on day 1. When a trade came in to rectify this as part of warranty, they added a new chip to the tiles that was never rectified. 2.
