Horrible time management, over priced, and impersonal. Take your business and hard earned money elsewhere
Firstly, I was thrown off when I realized that this was someone's house and not an actual building/salon. That's my fault for looking further. It's in a good neighborhood, so I didn't stress it too much. Secondly, the first thing the lady said to me was, "why didn't you wash before you came?". I've never scheduled a hair appointment and been told to wash my hair before appointment. I had to be dropped off so I couldn't just get up and leave, but I would've if I could've.
