If you have a malpractice case, don't bother with this firm as they have several conflicts of interest with surrounding health providers/organizations. I had a well prepared case summary, meeting all four pillars of gross negligence and their only response in regard to informed consent was "you can ask questions". In regard to a medically unnecessary procedure their response was "they do that for reasons".
