I use to be a patient but went somewhere else. Because the procedures were too expensive. They change you whatever they want. This office is a rip off.
Make sure they are putting in insurance claims for service provided, otherwise, you may get stuck with the bill like I did since it passed the 12 month timeframe with my insurance company, buyer beware! Of note, my treatment date was June 2023 and all of a sudden, I get a bill two years later.
I would like to make a correction. On Monday, November 4. Jasmine didn’t clean my teeth Carmen DID. She gets the. CREDIT she is an EXCELLENT dental hygienist. And she also clean my teeth on Thursday, April 3, 2025.
On November 4. Monday. Jasmine did some scaling on my teeth. She was so gentle, kind and friendly. And told me what she was doing step by step. EXCELLENT job! There is one staff member that NEEDS some MORE training!
