I’ve been living in a property managed by habitue for almost 5 months now. There’s been some issues with the property itself but Daniel has been extremely understanding and responsive. I know if there’s ever the smallest issue I can call him and he will handle it. He’s been great.
Upon moving in the unit was filthy with mold spots in the shower and a broken window. We were told a professional cleaner was in which was absolutely not the case. There were keys missing to the shed and the laundry room which took over a week to receive after our move in fees had been paid and we were living in the unit. We’ve had non stop issues with the toilet, an alarm system installed by a previous tenant, ceiling heaters, and now a moldy subfloor.
