So far we have had a good experience with them. Everyone has been kind and easy to work with. Unfortunately we’ve only lived in the rental for almost a year and we are having to move due to house going up for sale 5 months after we moved in, even though we had been told the owner wasn’t planning to sell. I realize that is not the fault of the rental company, but it would have been nice if owner had waited until the end of our lease to put it on the market. It’s been an inconvenience to us . Our light was repaired in less than 24 hours after requested
This company is excellent with getting repairs done in a timely fashion. The folks at the office are easy to work with and the workers have done great jobs on the few repairs we have needed over the years.
I really enjoy living here, it’s quiet, and spacious and my dogs like it too. Only thing that sucks (which is why I gave this place 4/5 stars) is how the rent seems to increase every year, which sucks because it’s not as if my wage has increased every year. It’s hard because the groceries and TEP has also increased which I know isn’t the rental properties fault, but it hurts overall.
