We have been a vendor for Habitation Realty for several years. Most of our communication has been with Maggie and Craig, which is FABULOUS, but everyone at Habitation is extremely helpful and cordial. I really enjoy living here, it’s quiet, and spacious and my dogs like it too. Only thing that sucks (which is why I gave this place 4/5 stars) is how the rent seems to increase every year, which sucks because it’s not as if my wage has increased every year. It’s hard because the groceries and TEP has also increased which I know isn’t the rental properties fault, but it hurts overall.
The best experience . Professional and very fast knowing that our time was most important. Along with listening to what our needs and goals were and accomplishing them. I would recommend Habitation Realty property management. Also shoutout to Kim for her help and guidance
