nice apartment, big issues. the downstairs flooded every time it rained since we moved in. never got it fixed. the office people are nice. About halfway through the year we tried to contact the owner for a lease renewal, no response. kept trying every month no response. asked them to fix several things towards the end of the year, no response. then our lease ended and we were put on month to month. eventually we were kicked out with 1 month notice, no reason given. we had no issues for them to kick us out. charged $220 to re... read more
