I have had the absolute best experience with Jamie and the Habitat team as I have navigated moving to Colorado. Their communication, patience, and openness is top-notch. They truly want people to find the right homes here. The property is beautiful and clean and in a great location close to trails and a brewery, and not far from a grocery store, coffee shops, and restaurants. I’m so excited to live here
We've been living here for almost a year, and we absolutely love it. The management team is always friendly, helpful, and responsive, and the maintenance team does a fantastic job keeping everything in great condition. The community is beautiful, with mature trees and well-maintained grounds that make it feel peaceful and welcoming. The location is also hard to beat, with plenty of trails and walking paths nearby. I’ve rented in a few places in Boulder and I am happy to finally write a good review for one of them. We rented short term for a few months before we found our house. It was nice that they offer short term rentals. Also, they allow pets and they don’t gouge you on the pet fee. Although pretty much everyone has a dog so it can be a little noisy at times.
