I love living here. It's so quiet and management is awesome.
Moved in about a month ago. The maintenance and management team are amazing! Really nice landscaping and the townhouse is very nice on the inside. It’s a peaceful community, with well insulated walls. We’re very happy with our decision to move in!
This place was so good. Couldn’t hear neighbors, helpful management, and EV charging. I kinda regret leaving tbh
Lived at Habitat Apartments for 3 years. My family only moved because we purchased a home. We loved living at the Habitat! The grounds were well cared for. Neighbors were nice. Fairly quiet. We lived in one of their apartments and then moved across the street to one of their townhomes. Only minor issues with the townhome. Prices are pretty consistent with the current rental market. I've been in the Habitat community for a few years now and let me tell you, it is the absolute best apartment complex to live in. Besides quick access to a variety of trails and a beautiful field/grill/fire pit area, it has some of the best staff I've ever come across. Between the office and maintenance, the response time is quick, efficient, and incredibly friendly. Until my husband and I find a home for ourselves, this definitely feels like one.
