I am very upset at the staff at the drop off point Dartmouth location. I pulled up around 10:30 and nobody knew we were coming even though I send a email 4 days prior providing time, date, and pictures and I was approved for drop off. The worker was hesitant and told me that his boss said he couldn't take the item as it “will take up space in the building” and will be “too hard to sell” as his exact words.
