The store sold a refrigerator that was paid for and was told by the employee that this happens all the time. went back two times now and employess can not get a hold of a supervisor. Now I am living out of coolers and they tell me we have to wait 2 more days for a supervisor to okay a refund when the store knows they screwed up. family of five now waiting and having food get destroyed because of their business practices at the Restore. gas wasted and truck rental..let alone our time.
I went to enter Habitat for Humanity Restore on Alpine. The lady at the door told me I had to wear a mask. She asked my medical condition, I told her I suffer from severe anxiety. My privacy rights were violated.....The lady told me that anxiety isn’t classified as a medical condition. I was humiliated and was unable to shop.
