Brian did an incredible job and was quick to jump into our home inspection on short notice. We had a short window and he met the challenge.
Brian was excellent—very thorough and detailed. He documented everything and checked EVERYTHING. He found things like drips from a pipe under a sink and even noticed when a cabinet was installed too close to an outlet, making it difficult to access. He measured railings and found caulking missing on exterior light fixtures. He also was very prompt with replies and answering any questions. We are so glad he was our home inspector. We definitely would recommend him and would utilize his services again.
