The store is nicely kept and laid out, but the entrance/exit is a bit confusing, there is no accessibility ramp but there is a wheelchair lift. I don't know how to use one of those. The parking was the worst part. There was only 1 marked disability spot and the amount of box trucks coming in and out of the parking lot that day was a lot. Those limitations would need to be fixed before I would like to go back. Also, the music in the store that day was AMAZING!!!
The donations ramp is very narrow and there was no one manning the desk to receive my donation. Eventually another department assisted. Parking and lining up for the donation ramp was not well planned and you are always in someone else’s way.
Great ....wonderful
Josh runs this Restore location so efficiently! Under his leadership and exceptional customer service, I'll keep patroning this store for all my DIY and home needs. Thank you for all your help!!
