I was looking for a toilet seat and it was not clean other than that the place seemed to be okay
Went to donate yard sale items with many building supplies and tools and several boxes of housewares. One person working there started going through the boxes item by item. I finally told him I didn't have time to wait while he picked and chose and that they could take all or none. He chose not to take any more and that's what the Huntsville Habitat for Humanity will get from me in the future. Businesses who work of of donations shouldn't be so picky. I wanted to donate furniture and I a scheduled a pick up more than a month in advance. The day before I went into the store to verify that they were coming the next day. The next day No one showed up. I have a move coming up and this garage full of furniture has become a real problem. Habitat let me down. And I am a donor! I gave them 3k last year. I wish they had kept their word.
