I have been a dedicated volunteer for Sussex County Habitat for Humanity for a while now. I have always enjoyed working with them and have volunteered on numerous occasions. However, recently, I had an unpleasant experience when a site coordinator questioned my integrity, suggesting that it wasn't fair to everyone when I took a 10-minute break to use the bathroom, which took longer than expected because it was occupied. Saturday at Ellendales job sight. At 815pm requested shut down . this was due to the noice that was happening after dark. Children in bed. This was explained to the workers. At 820 I again respectfully requested a shutdown. Not done. Finally at 832pm work was stoped. 🔨 laws requires construction to shut down at 8pm.
