Great place to live nice community really clean people are nice that live around here
LOVE MY ONE STAR rating....... Lease process was terrible which was done by Alexandra Diebels. They took 90$ processing fee for 3 individual, and then held off for weeks before saying whether or not we getting the apartment or not. and now they just provided me with a random BS. Apartment living is apartment living, no matter where you live, regardless of the quality of the building or the location. Problems will happen. The x-factor is building management and in the case of The Habitat, Mollie, Alex and the team at Fulcrum make all the difference.
Love Habitat. The apartments are well maintained and secure. Problems are solved quickly—shout out to Mollie, Alex and Lisa. Excellent location and fun having Drakes down by the river.
Habitat has a 4.3 star rating with 22 reviews.
Habitat is closed now. It will open tomorrow at 9:00 a.m.
