Habitar/Stratagem Construction has just completed a bathroom remodel for my condo in the West Loop. This is the second project they have completed for me, with the first being a kitchen remodel. This is the second time we've worked with Habitar - which I think speaks volumes by itself - and have been very happy with both the process and the result. I recently used Habitat for my kitchen project and had a great experience from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. I was out of town during much of the project, and they kept me updated with phone calls, texts, and progress pictures, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. The finished kitchen turned out beautifully, and the team left my home very clean when everything was done. I’m really happy with the outcome and would absolutely use them again for future bathroom projects.
Habitar was great start to finish! They were very easy to communicate with and very organized. They helped me convert my guest room/office into a beautiful useable space.
