Started going by to this gym and I really enjoy it. Classes are small and personalized. Tony makes sure you use proper form and makes sure you don't slack off. People at the gym are really friendly and enthusiastic about working out. This isn't your regular gym where you will go and then they forget about you! They really care about your commitment and fitness goals. If you're looking to get in shape I highly recommend this gym.
You seriously don't want to take a day off going to your work out again. I absolutely love everyone there and my workouts are custom made for me.
HABIT is my go-to! Whether it's the group classes with Jalen or the private sessions with Tony, you are guaranteed to get an amazing workout. They push you mentally but also take care and listen to your body and your needs. Not only that the environment is equally part rugged, fun, and inspiring. For the last 1.5 years, HABIT has been my home and I don't see myself ever leaving. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a workout, a good time, good people, and a good community.
Jalen and Tony are the absolute best! Whatever level you are at, they are dedicated to creating a plan for your specific goals. Training is very hands-on and focused, even in a group class setting. Everyone here is super motivating too! Come check it out!!
