Our first time visiting. Was a nice lunch break but a little high price for burgers.
Believe the reviews. This is high priced, extremely average food self-served in an uninspiring environment. Not horrible. Just not good. I saw someone compare it to Hardee's. That is totally inaccurate. While the environment is horrible, Hardee's has great burgers. These are small with little flavor. Rudinos, Kickback Jack's, Chili's, and Five Guys are all better options if you're looking for a burger other than fast food.
The burger was ok. But I ordered the teriyaki and it didn’t have the pineapple on it… which is kind of the point. I personally didn’t like the fries but I admit to being picky on that. I was second in line in the drive through (ordered immediately) and it took me over 10 minutes to get my food. So probably not a good choice if you’re in a hurry.
Subpar food! This location DOES NOT COOK the food fresh, it is frozen patties. My party of 6 had ordered most burgers. The patty was tasteless not charbroiled by any means. Everything tasted stale. The French fries were stale and way undercooked. The service was nonexistent after she realized she wasn’t getting tipped. Tipped for what?!!
