I waited an absurd amount of time for my food just for it to be cold and my burger to be wrong. When I let the staff know my order was messed up, they were confused about what to do. It’s pretty bad that I had to explain that I wanted what I had ordered and didn’t plan on eating the incorrect order instead. I’m not sure who’s in charge of training, but yikes.
As someone originally from CA, I was so excited to have a Habit Burger & Grill open in my town—it truly feels like a home away from home! While the place is always bustling (I'm sure the regular burgers are great), we absolutely love their vegetarian and fish options. The Tuna Burger, Veggie Burger, and green beans are our go-to favorites. The decor is lovely, the facility is clean, and the service is always efficient despite the crowd. Also, do not miss the tea selection—it is AMAZING! Highly recommend.

The food sent to me was no better than charcoal l. The supposed manager was unapologetic and rude. He said, I have never heard these complaints before. His kitchen is going to make someone sick. Just gross!
