I usually always come to this habit but after this experience I probably won’t eat here again. Dropping my sandwich and remaking it that was nice and I appreciated the honesty, then I go to bite my new sandwich and a piece of metal was in my burger. I called the restaurant and they wanted to refund my money but this isn’t about money it’s just about awareness so someone else doesn’t bite into a sandwich with metal in their burger.
Food and service has been above and beyond great every time I’ve gone; would recommend to anyone.
I have been there 3/4 times and they have not got my order correct once. Keep in mind I only get a plain cheese burger with bacon. I have got a burger with no bacon or cheese a burger with BBQ sauce on it. I’m done will never go back.
Ordered 3 meals & got home with only 2--they left out 1 child's order which ruined dinner plans.
Manager at the southern pines location is always so nice and respectful and the Food is always great!
