I love this Habit store! The food is fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and courteous.
I was coming pretty frequently because there was a young man behind the counter that treated me very well and then I came back as I do on a 2 to 3 times a week basis and the new person that greeted me didn’t greet me they were very what’s the word, not customer service… I really wish the young man that was there before was there and I don’t know if he lost his job or if he took a different shift, but I’m very disappointed. I show up anywhere from 2 to 10 PM.

The Ojai location is such a disappointment. There’s only female manager that has good customer service skills. The other two male managers are horrible. And there’s always mistakes with orders.
