I was taunted by staff at Conway Medical Center in December of 2024 I will never be going here for medical care here again ... I had Mersa Pneumonia that the hospital gave me, and I almost was dying, the staff were playing games around me and worsening my situation causing ICU delirium and mental health problems and I almost died... This place is a horrible place with disgusting people, do not go here for care!!!!

After seeing Conway Medical Center Physicians for 3 years for my sons, one of them required a sports physical for middle school. In 2024, they required a vaccine (which the school did not) to get a sports physical there. After refusing the vaccine, they terminated the relationship with my family via a letter. They didn't call me to explain. They didn't inform me at the time this would occur. I had to call the facility to find out more and they claimed it was due to following CDC guidelines. Dr Malone is a very personable down to earth, caring and thorough physician. She will spend as much time as you like with her and will l listen to what you have to say about your condition. She has always respected what I do in a holistic sense along with her treatments in the past. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need.
The hospital has very caring staff who take excellent care 9f patients. The billing dept. Does not do it's job. They should be replaced. Refused to submit my claim to insurance. Don't want to do their job
On an ordinary Saturday 6/13/2020 I was working in the shop and had a bad accident with a very high powered saw. I got myself to the emergency room at CMC where I was treated by Dr Curt Armstrong. He did all the right things to save my finger. X-Rays, stitching, Keflex and a Tetnus shot. As well he called an Ortho specialist to look at the photos.
