I absolutely love Dr. Doss. He is very personable, and never in a rush. He has been very quick to help with any isssues that arise with clot risks and pregnancy (reason I see him), and has worked after hours to get things squared away with my OB before. He truly cares and it shows.
Worst ever IMO. Staff is surly, doctor doesn’t care. Nurses and lab made countless errors every time I came in. Then they accused ME of “complaining too much” so I left and after recommendations from our ABC group and church, I have the best oncologist group in Nashville. Even their staff is from springfield and wouldn’t go near TN Oncology! . If only I knew before. IMO TN Oncology is a reprehensible service provider to treat patients with such disdain.
