Worst experience with a bank ever! Have a GIC with the bank, so I asked about how I can have the funds transferred to another bank. The female employee there sent me what now in hindsight looks like a standard email she uses to send everyone with a GIC-specific inquiry, instead of tailoring her response to my specific circumstances. In addition, she failed to mention what documents apart from my Passport I’d have to bring with me.
