It was our first time here and Mikel was great! He helped us figure out what to order and we loved all of it . The food was amazing and we will be back!
Absolutely wonderful! The food was delicious, served on a really fun large plate. We ate with injeri bread. It was so fun and festive. We loved it. The service and food were both excellent. The owners import gorgeous, vibrant art from Ethiopian artists. To my joy, I purchased this beautiful Abraham Zan painting.
The food is delicious, but this place has become far too expensive for what you get. The most disappointing part was a dish that came with only a single piece of chicken. Don’t fall for the “cash discount” claim that the server offers. There doesn’t appear to be any actual discount. We were charged the same amount regardless, and when I asked what the discount was, I never received a clear answer. The lack of transparency is what left the worst impression. Honestly don’t know where to start. The food was absolutely phenomenal the flavors, spices, and aroma were unforgettable. The staff ( Mikel) made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in, and the atmosphere was perfect. This was a true 5-star experience from start to finish. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back.
