If you happen to be renting a unit from them (& are in good standing) & they find out that a family member of yours is also renting a unit from them, but has defaulted on THEIR contract Habersham Mini Storage owners will harass YOU! They will use any demoralizing psychological tactic to get YOU to pay for whats owed on the family members unit. When you refuse they will treat YOU like crap & want your things out as well. Also, some of the units have water leakage so, becareful what you store.
