I have had the same experience as several others with not being able to get in touch by phone. They don't have poor customer service, they have no customer service. I called 10 minutes after they opened on a weekday, and was on hold for 20 minutes and never got through. They can't be that busy. I have had three different machines before I had a type that worked for me (bi-pap) and had problems with follow up on all three machines. Go somewhere else!
Sometimes it is difficult to get through by phone, but if you have ever been in the place it is understandable. Crystal and Anthony are lifesavers. Love to see them work so hard for people that don't know how to show gratitude.
