For a funeral home we've held multiple family members memorials at, I'm shocked at the attitude I've received today simply trying to follow up on setting up my grandmother's memorial service. The day I found out my mom was very I'll can may not last a few days ,I contacted John Haben on Facebook to let him know I may need his advice soon..The next morning my mom passed From that point forward John and his staff took over and made this a painless as possible. My father passed and we needed to have a memorial. John and his staff were, kind, attentive and prompt with everything they did. John and his staff were extremely professional and compassionate. They exhibited tremendous care and professionalism on two separate occasions, once when our father passed away and just recently with our mother. Since I grew up in Skokie, I've know about Haben's Funeral home for a long time. When my mother passed away in 2010 they were the ones we went to for the funeral arrangement. They were sympathetic, kind, helpful and very professional. Just recently when my father passes away we again retained their services to plan his funeral. I would highly recommend them.
