My family followed our first dentist from Kalamazoo to Schoolcraft. We were thinking about getting a dentist closer to Kalamazoo, then Dr Habecker bought his practice. We liked his and the hygienist work, along with the atmosphere of his practice. Well, 30+ years later, we do not mind the extra travel to have our teeth taken care of. I don't think we could find anyone better to do it!
The hygienists are great, and the office staff used to be. However over the past year they have fallen apart, they performed X-rays on my son when he was not due and insurance would not cover it, started charging me adult rates on my 12 year old daughter because she has adult teeth and insurance will not cover it until she's 15, and today they cancelled a final crown installation on my spouse until payment is made in full. I had my two small children with me and the staff was very friendly and accommodating to make them comfortable.

I went in for a cleaning and like always I had another great experience. The staff in Dr Habeckers office are professional and very nice. I enjoy going to the dentist (crazy talk normally) because of the staff and Dr Habecker. They make the visits enjoyable with their positive attitudes and great personalities. I would recommend Dr Habeckers office to anyone.
Hygienist was very gentle, informative and friendly. I really appreciate Dr. Habecker's care for my oral health. The office staff is friendly and helpful.
