We took my wife's 2011 Mini Cooper S to Flow Mini a couple years ago for a repair and they forgot to install a key gasket that resulted in coolant mixing with the motor oil, which ruined the engine. Fortunately, it was still under warranty, so she got a new $7,000 engine short block installed under warranty. The staff here is AWESOME!!!! And so is their inventory. I service my car here and they’re always quick and you get a free one if car wash (unless it’s raining). Definitely worth a shot if you’re looking for a new car!
Con artists! If you don’t continue to lease and turn in a vehicle they will take you for every penny they can get. I was hit with a $1,000 service fee, which is obviously nothing more than ridiculous. I purchased lease protection that added over $800 to my overall lease cost. This was supposed to cover any and all repairs once turned in. Only when I contested the figure did the associate leave, speak with someone in the back, then return and say oh yeah, your tires are covered so that takes off $300. Service is quick and thorough. Walking in to the dealership is like walking into Cheers....everyone greets you like you are part of the family.
For 7:30 in the morning everyone in the service department was wide awake, cheerful, pleasant and ready to go. The shuttle driver was delightful and made my ride to work very enjoyable.

I recently purchased my Mini from an outside dealer. Shortly after my engine light came on and I had to make an unplanned visit to Mini. I also had a huge list of small items for possible service. Dan Best attended to all items and provided price estimates as expected. My engine required major service and Mini worked well with myself and the outside dealer to ensure warranty coverages were handled properly. I spoke with Dan and the other folks at Mini numerous times over a week long period and everyone did a great job.
