In August of 2017 I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. My world was turned upside down as I tried to understand the decisions that needed to be made regarding treatment and reconstruction. Dr Habash has been a member of my cancer treatment team since early in the process and could not have been more positive, attentive, educational and supportive. He took time during each appointment (pre op. and post op.) to explain in detail where we were in the process, set realistic expectation and explained what was to come next. Everyone knows... If you want a great doctor, you ask a nurse. I'm a nurse & I can tell you that Dr. Habash is exceptional. He's attentive, thorough, professional, so very compassionate. I have breast cancer & my 1st reconstructive surgeon was a prize idiot. I'm so fortunate & so thankful to have found Dr. Habash. He nailed what 4 other docs didn't see & fixed it, putting an end to months of unnecessary pain and deterioration of skin. He's an outstanding physician and a beautiful human being!

Going through breast cancer is no easy ride. Probably the hardest thing I've had to endure in my life.
