I have been going to H A B Dental for 2 years now,' besides that the location on Hagen Ranch, is very close. to where I live the people who work there could not be any nicer than they are. from the girls at the reception desk, to the assts that bring you to your room, I have one hygienist, Meshelle who is the best ! If you go to this dental office, make sure you bring your attorney with you. Be careful. They will try to have you sign legal documents while you are sitting in the patient chair. Do not trust anyone in this office, especially Doreen. Their only motivation is to scam as much money out of your wallet as possible. Be careful. Be more than careful, do not even walk into H.A.B. Dental for any reason.
Buyer beware. Do not trust Doreen Fernandez, General Manager. She took $5,500.00 up front from us for my husband's dental work and upper dentures. Our insurance arrived at a total of $1,743.00. She not only refused to refund anything but also tried to say we actually owed them more money. A consummate con artist....Buyer beware.
This place rips-off money from people and not providing them with service. The people working in the front-desk are neither professional not ethical. They took my money that i paid (in full) for my Invisalign treatment and hardly offered any service. I had paid around 4000$ dollars for my Invisalign treatment after which they did not follow up for 6 months. I had to call and ask them for the trays.
