Chad helped us buy our first home about 2 years ago, and the whole process was so quick and easy with his help. He gave us some great tips for remodeling the property as well, and when we found our dream property a few months ago, Chad not only helped us purchase that property, but also helped us sell our first home for a profit and helped us prioritize which projects to finish before we sold.
