Quick and dismissive and doesn’t want to look at multiple records you offer to show. Physical therapy hurts me every time it’s prescribed. Rotator cuff repair is supposedly very painful. Thanks to Dr. Haas and his staff and PT department, I had no pain except for some minor aches if I over-used my arm. Thank you Dr. Haas. I will certainly recommend you to anyone asking me for an excellent orthopedic surgeon.
Will never refer to anyone! The interaction with this doctor had me concerned for my care as a patient. He only spoke and observed where the pain was at then quickly sent me a pain management doctor within less than 10 minutes of spending time with me during my appointment.
Awful experience trying to communicate with my doctor's office. I'm unable to reach the Stamford office directly and have to deal with a call center where they spend time confirming all my information, but then even they can't actually schedule an appointment or connect me with the office. I just spent another 10 minutes on the phone only to be told that the doctor's office would call me sometime later today to schedule an appointment. It should not be this complicated to speak with my doctor's office.
