About this business
Doug and Vickie Hardy have taken over Haar's Auction along with Connie and Al Darbrow and Sandra Haar effective March 1, 2003. Our grandfather Vance Haar started the auction business in the 1940's traveling around picking up and selling merchandise for people. His son George Haar joined him upon return of the military. In 1972 Vance Haar passed away leaving his legacy to his 4 children George, Boyd, Elwood and Claribel. They incorporated in 1974. Such a great atmosphere and always good selection of movies throughout the summer!
Havent been there in years so hubby and i decided to go. Gps took us in wrong way had to turn around. The counter girl was very nice explaining how to come in the right way. Nice big screen, we parked towards back since we had a smaller truck and i smoke, and still was able to see fine. Everyone was very respectful around us. We could actually hear movies with a radio we brought with us. Nice they r keeping the good old things still available for our kids to enjoy the same things we did as kids.
Great deal and decent food for the price.
Fun place!! Good food cash only but it’s fine.
We love going to haars. The price is great and the movies are always great. I was a little disappointed by my milkshake though. It was kind of gross. We will continue to visit haars to see new movies.

Even though it rained we had a great early mother’s day for my wife and kids!! Can’t wait for warmer weather to get back there!
