About this business
Doug and Vickie Hardy have taken over Haar's Auction along with Connie and Al Darbrow and Sandra Haar effective March 1, 2003. Our grandfather Vance Haar started the auction business in the 1940's traveling around picking up and selling merchandise for people. His son George Haar joined him upon return of the military. In 1972 Vance Haar passed away leaving his legacy to his 4 children George, Boyd, Elwood and Claribel. They incorporated in 1974. Such a great place! My husband and I love it. We bring the nieces and nephews, for the age appropriate movies. Other than that, we will come on our own
This was my daughters first drive in and she loved it will be doing this a lot more this summer

Love coming here. Been a tradition since my girls were little now went last night with grandchildren for their first time. Would be a five star but the food lines are very very long. Suggestion is possible sale of popcorn and pretzels and drinks outside building somewhere to help with lines. Bathrooms are so small as well. Food is amazing though and love the atmosphere!!
Love going to Haars, not to many drive ins open I live in York and still try to get there once in a while.
